Mel is our Tax Director specialising in accounting and taxation services to small and medium enterprises. She has over 6 years of experience and her favourite thing about her career is seeing her clients grow.

In her free time she loves to travel, relax with family and friends, and play model for her photographer boyfriend. While Mel may be our most serious team member she is always up for some carpool karaoke! Her favourite movies at the moment are Crazy Rich Asians, Grease and The Greatest Showman. Yep, she’s a musical type of person.

Kyle Jenkins CA

Kyle got exposure to small business at an early age through his parents business. Small business management and financial reporting has been a key part of Kyle’s career since. With over a decade of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Kyle has extensive experience working with Big-4 accounting firms specialising in audit and assurance services. Kyle’s vision is to enable his business partners to excel in their strengths and not get held back by the financial side of their business.

He is a passionate photographer and is involved in a number of community projects photographing and filming key events. He is a committed father of three kids and husband.

With over 13 years experience, working in financial planning in both the banking industry and in private practice, Simon has extensive experience in the technical areas of Financial Planning strategy and Investing in general.

Having started in a lending position over 22 years ago and having worked in finance and insurance for all those years, Simon also has developed extensive experience with lending and debt strategies, and incorporating these into the Investment process.
